Since the beginning of recorded history, men have been letting women use their coats. In the 20’s, they’d throw it over puddles so the woman wouldn’t ruin her shoes. In the 50’s they’d give them their letterman jacket after the big game. And in the 80’s they’d throw their studded leather jacket off the stage to a lucky lady. It’s cliche, but its tradition. Give her your hoody, let it be there for her when you aren’t.
